Schooling
There are a number of schools within an easy drive that come with high
regard including Truro School (10 miles via King Harry car ferry).

Sailing and Watersports
St. Mawes has its own beach, sailing club and harbour. Mylor (10 miles)

Travel by Car
Communication links are good with the A30 Trunk Road now providing
fast access to the M5 motorway network at Exeter.
Travel by Train
Truro and St Austell provide the mainline railway link to London
Paddington, which can be reached in around 4 hours.

Newquay Airport offers daily flights to London Gatwick in about
70mins and a growing number of cities across the UK. The International
airport of Exeter is also within easy reach and gives access to a great

Directions (TR2 5AD)
Turn off the A30 dual carriageway at the “Fraddon” junction and take the B3275
towards Truro. Passing through “Ladock”, continue until you meet the A390. Turn
left onto the A390 and then, after about a mile, turn right onto the A3078, signed
“St Mawes”. You will pass through “Trewithian” and then “St Just-in-Roseland”. After
leaving “St. Just-in-Roseland” and heading towards “St Mawes”, take the first driveway
on the left hand side, signed “Trevennel Farm”. Continue down single track farm lane
until the end, about 1 mile. You will pass through an old farmyard where you will need
to open/close a metal gate. Continue a further 300 meters until you arrive at Nancorras.
