WHAT: Opening Reception for Selfie and Buddha TuesdaysWHERE: MAINSITE Contemporary Art, 122 E. Main
WHEN: 6 to 10 p.m.ABOUT: MAINSITE Contemporary Art: Home of the Norman Arts Council hosts the opening reception for Selfie and Buddha Tuesdays. The former
showcases over 30 self-portraits from local and national artists, while the latter features a collection of work from Linda Lou Warren, Kay Hoke Evans, Lacy
Saak and Charlotte Gibbens born out of weekly lunch dates turned art making sessions. Norman Arts Council Individual Artist winner and printmaker Erin
Latham will showcase some of her latest creations in The Right to Roam, while Mitchell Richards will showcase his Bigfoot-embellished, thrift store landscape
paintings in the Water Closet Gallery. There will be free refreshments from LOCAL on hand as well!

designs based on the paintings of Aboriginal Austrailians.

reception of Three Artists All Over the Place, featuring the work of local painters Heidi James, Sylvia Miller and Patricia Foster. The evening will include live musical

WHEN: All EveningABOUT: Support Norman Music Festival by participating in the Stupid Cupid Pub Crawl! It’s $20 for a card that can be redeemed for a shirt upon completion of the
crawl, which goes through the Bluebonnet, Red Brick Bar, The Garage, Tres, Scratch, Abner’s Ale House, S&B Burger Joint and wraps up at Bison Witches.

awareness for the Norman Animal Shelter. STASH’s Annex will host over 30 artists for a silent art auction benefiting the shelter, along with music from Tracy Reed, Matt Johnson
and $69 Guitar. STASH featured artist Lauren Miller and her romantic, beautiful illustrations can be found inside the shop. The Instabus will be out front to snap photos to remember
the night by, and you can grab food from the Loaded Bowl and Big Truck Tacos.
