Vintage 20142013 is a turning point for Quo Vadis. The "Agenda planing®" is

celebrating its 60th birthday. Our desire to be the leader in the

industry and to meet the consumer’s needs remain a priority. We are

confident you will be as excited as we are about our new products

and changes we have made for our 2014 Edition.

We have revamped our catalogue. The design and the organisation

of our products have been rethought to maximise and facilitate your

consultation.

Also, we are introducing some new collections with visual

innovation and diversity. Evasion, will undoubtedly appeal to your

adventurous and fashion side. This year, we renewed the "Robert

le Heros" with a removable cover; we added the Elegant "Marilyn

Monroe" and the beautiful "Butterfly" & "Cities" collection.

In addition to this, we have added some colour to our Equology

collection. Always being made of 100% recycled Canadian

paper; two new colours are joining our covers; Ocean Blue and

RHODIAAs years go by, our Rhodia products are more popular. In order to

offer you a full range of Rhodia products; we have decided to use as

reference the complete Rhodia catalogue. Let yourself be tempted by

the quality and diversity of these Rhodia.

RESTOCKING ORDERS

TERMS OF PAYMENT

PENALTY FOR DEFAULT

All outstanding invoice payments shall result in charges of 1% interest per month

(12% per annum) on all overdue accounts.

TRANSPORTATION

The buyer shall ensure that boxes are in good condition upon receipt and that the number of boxes, and merchandise received is identical to the number written on the delivery slip and bill of lading.All claims shall be submitted within 5 working days. Claims after this delay will not be processed.

VERY IMPORTANT

In the event that our COST is sensitive to lawful increases in the price of raw materials and labour,we reserve the right to review our prices according to sustained increases.
