Set Goals

Think about a specific area you can improve in each subject.

This is NOT for a grade or number goal. For example, you may want to improve

your multiplication facts in math, use more interesting verbs in your writing, or read with more expression.

This is a PERSONAL goal to be shared with family and teachers, and it shouldn’t matter what your friends are writing.

Grades

Record your grades each time you receive a test.

Follow the directions for each subject. Share your tests and data folder with

your family!

Graphing

Think about what grades you had in your subjects last year.

Decide what grade you’d like to get in each subject this trimester.

Carefully draw a red line across the graph at that spot.

Every other week, during Core Extension, you’ll figure out your grades.

Then you’ll graph them on the charts.

Be Organized!

This stays in the front pocket of your binder.

It NEVER gets jammed in your desk or left at home!

It’s your responsibility to keep it neat and up-to-date.
