AQUA PROCON s.r.o. has been dealing in comprehensive design work related to investment construction since 1990. In 1995, a daughter company, AP INVESTING s.r.o., was established focusing on engineering work related to the preparation and im-
plementation of constructions. We provide comprehensive consulting, designing and engineering services in the " eld of water management, transport, civil and industrial construction.
AQUA PROCON provides its services mainly in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We also win projects in south-eastern Europe and in other countries.
AQUA PROCON is one of the biggest companies in this " eld in the Czech Republic. With its daughter company, it has more than 120 employees, the yearly turnover of both these companies is more than MCZK 170. Our headquarters is in Brno with branches in Olomouc and Prague.
AQUA PROCON is able to develop and handle all stages of design docu-mentation from the feasibility studies up to detail designs and operating guidelines including comprehensive engineering services, construction supervision and management. We employ, look for and train experien-ced designers and specialists who are able to work independently or manage more demanding projects in teams within optimum time limits. We also employ other professional sta# externally. This makes it possible for us to o# er professional, e% cient, innovative, and high quality services
while emphasising short delivery times and maximum customers’ satisfaction.
AQUA PROCON has participated in the preparation and management of projects funded out of the EU (PHARE, ISPA, the Cohe-sion Fund) since 1998. We prepare various stages of design documentation including provision of engineering services as well as applications for assistance including all necessary documents for small-scale and large-scale projects with costs totalling billions of CZK. We are responsible for large, mainly group projects (regional projects or projects involving several towns and municipalities). We provide comprehensive consulting, designing and engineering services in all projects aspects (legal, eco-nomic, technical, environmental) at all stages of the project development. We help set strategies, scopes and structures of all de" ned targets, which has a major in$ uence on obtaining grants and " nal success of the whole project.
