Thank you Fr. Selvam It is with bittersweet feelings that we announce that Fr. Selvam has been reassigned to Our Lady of the Gulf Parish as an Associate Pastor, starting in July. We thank Fr. Selvam for his two years of devout service here at St. Lawrence, and we wish him joy at his new parish. We will also be welcoming Fr. Gil Pierre as our Associate Pastor come July. You may remember him as our “summer seminarian” after his ordination as a transitional deacon in 2017. We are so excited to welcome him back!

Happy Memorial DayThis weekend is Memorial Day weekend. The 7am Mass is discontinued and the 8am and 10am Masses at Sacred Heart have resumed until after Labor Day (9/6/20), starting this weekend. The office will be closed on Monday in observance of the holiday. There will not be a 5:30pm Mass that day. Also, 8:30am Mass will not be live streamed online. We at St. Lawrence hope you have a safe and happy holiday weekend.
Office & Gift Shop OpenThe parish office and the Little Gift Shop are now open. We ask that social distancing measures still be observed. If you are experiencing symptoms of any kind, we ask that you call in instead. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to keep all our parishioners safe and healthy.
Scholarship Opportunity The Martin Farrell Scholarship is a scholarship opportunity for K-12th grade parishioners of St. Lawrence planning to attend Catholic school for the 2020-2021 academic school year. This year the Christmas Bazaar committee will be awarding three scholarships $1,000 scholarships. Contact Afton Sylvester at [email protected] for scholarship applications.
