DG Raman and Rotarians of Chandigarh Midtown

with disabled employees of Nevedac Centre, Zirakpur

After the hectic three days Sadbhawna District Conference in Karnal, the next day on 20th February 2017 District Governor Raman Aneja visited Nevedac Prosthetic Centre, Zirakpur - Chandigarh, where he interacted with disabled employees of Nevedac Centre including a lady (also named Raman...!) wearing both artificial legs and efficiently managing the front office. DG's visit inspired the disabled employees working normally under Co-Founder of Nevedac Prosthetic Centre PP Dr. V.J.S. Vohra, for serving other disabled persons by fitting them artificial limbs.

Also present during DG’s visit were AG PP Deepak Sood and President Elect Dr. Rita Kalra.

The DG was also pleased to see the marble plaque commemorating the visit of 1997-98 RI President Glen Kinross and the First Lady Heather who had visited Nevedac Centre on 10th January 1998.

DG Raman’s visit was very inspiring, as he commented, \
