Comments: Figures though they are increasing from Q1-Q3, Q3 indicates higher figure this is due to having events during November and December such as 16 days of Activism and the world AIDS

day which also has some build up events where such information and awareness is disseminated.

Also municipalities have many events i.e. Municipal events, cultural events. With indicator number

2, younger people 15-24 Q1 there was underreporting but in Q3 we also had few numbers because

this age includes children at school and children in higher learning and during this time they were

writing exams. The District therefore needs to design a plan on how to fast track the process of
