This bundle of tubes was bent on the Strongman Multi Bend System by an unskilled labourer with 15 minutes of instruction on the setup and use of the bender.

How it Works: A hole saw is attached to the shaft of the notcher, this shaft is driven by a hand drill (with speed control). As the saw rotates it cuts an angled aperture in the tube.

The tube is then inserted in the angled aperture and welded.

You can place your order and collect from the factory, We build the machines on order with great care to insure quality and it takes up to 25 working days to complete.

OUR HISTORY Strongman Tools came about as owner Deon Kriel was searching for quality metal forming tools to enhance his metal work hobby. There were only 2 options. Either very expensive imported tools way out of reach of most metal workers, or on the other end of the scale, cheap and nasty imports which wouldn’t last a week in a metal working environment. Not satisfied with these options, Deon did more research and came upon Metal Craft Machinery Pty Ltd of Australia, an established manufacturer of heavy duty metal working tools. These machines represented a marked improvement in terms of quality and price, but the shipping costs from Australia would cost more than the purchase of the tools. He subsequently visited Metalcraft Machinery in Australia and thoroughly investigated the tools. The franchise to manufacture these machines in South Africa was then purchased in 2004. Since then Strongman Tools have improved on the Australian designs, enhancing the durability and functionality of the machines. Making Strongman Tools the best metal working tools in terms of functionality, durability and cost, available anywhere in the world.
