Formal demands on VET teachers:

- Qualifications at initial vocational education and training level

- Relevant further education in the vocational field

- 5 years’ relevant & recent work experience

- At the latest 3 years after employment: general knowledge at college level

-At the latest 1 year after employment: starting up vocational pedagogical diploma

-At the latest 6 years after employment: pedagogical education at bachelor level/diploma level
