Stifel Mobile for Tablet Available for both iOS® and AndroidTM Platforms

Stifel Mobile for Tablet – Downloading

To install Stifel Mobile on an Android tablet, navigate to and open the Google PlayTM Store App. The Play Store comes pre-installed on all Android devices.

Select the search feature at the top of the App Store, key in “Stifel,” and open the result that reads, “Stifel Mobile.”

Select INSTALL.

When the App permissions window appears, select ACCEPT. Stifel Mobile will be installed to your home screen.

After the download is complete, select OPEN to launch Stifel Mobile.

To install Stifel Mobile on an iPad®, navigate to and open the App Store. The App Store comes pre-installed on all iOS® devices.

Select the search feature at the top of the App Store, key in “Stifel,” and open Stifel Mobile from the choices listed below.

Select GET once, and then it will turn into an INSTALL button.

Select INSTALL and Stifel Mobile will be installed to your home screen.

Locate Stifel Mobile and launch the app.

4 The Branch Locations, FAQ, and Contact Us pages can be accessed prior to logging in.

The Landing Page displays a Watchlist and a Market Update. Clients will see their personalized Watchlist on the Landing Page after their first login.

The Get a Quote box at the top of the Landing Page can be accessed prior to logging in. Type a symbol in the box to launch a pop up with data about that particular company.

Enter your Client ID and Password, then press Log In. If you do not have a Client ID and Password, please go to www.stifel.com and sign up for Stifel Access.

You can select Save ID to have your Client ID auto-populate for future logins.

Upon login, your Watchlist displays in the collapsible portion of the screen. You can choose to display Watchlist, Holdings, Order, Markets, News, or Contact Us by selecting the appropriate icon. Note: This portion of the screen can be minimized by tapping on the divider bar.

A summary of your portfolio values will appear, including Net Market Value of the household. Select the account you wish to view for more detail.

The Holdings tab will display the account detail for the portfolio selected. A list of the account holdings will populate, showing Asset/Account Type, Price/Quantity, Daily Change $/%, Market Value $/Allocation %, and Daily Value Change $/%.

Selecting a position will enable you to view additional security information. Selecting Quote Details pulls up the Quote box, which displays related News and security information.

Note: Values can be refreshed by dragging down on the screen you wish to refresh.

The Balances tab will display the value of each asset class that makes up the total account value.

The Activity tab will display all transactions for the last 60 days. Each column is sortable by selecting the appropriate heading.

The Orders tab will display any order executed on the current date and any Good-Til-Cancelled orders outstanding. Each column is sortable. Selecting an order will enable you to view additional order detail information.

The Landing Page displays “Log In to Access Your Watchlist” prior to your first login. If you have an established Watchlist, it will be displayed after your first login.

To create a Watchlist, click on , then click on .

Note: Changes made to your Watchlist from your mobile device will be reflected on all

platforms. For example, if you add a symbol to your Watchlist on your Tablet, you will see

this symbol when you log in to Stifel Access using your web browser.

To add a symbol to your Watchlist, type a symbol into the Add symbol box and then click Add.

To remove a symbol from your Watchlist, click on the next to the symbol you wish to delete.

Table columns are customizable. Click on the to remove a column. Click on the to add a column.

The Markets page will display lists of securities for a specific Exchange. It will default to display the Most Actives tab. To view a different Exchange, select Exchange and choose from either the NYSE, NASDAQ, or AMEX.

The Gainers tab will display a list of securities with the greatest percentage gains of the day for the selected Exchange.

The Losers tab will display a list of securities with the greatest percentage losses of the day for the selected Exchange.

To view a list of current news articles, select the News tab. To see the full news article, select the desired headline from the list.

Note: News articles can be refreshed by dragging down on the screen.

To find news articles for a specific company, type the company symbol in the Symbol box and click Return. The Quote box appears and displays a listing of news articles for the specified symbol.

The Contact Us icon shows the contact information for Stifel Client Services Department.

To log out of Stifel Mobile, select Log Out in the upper right and then select Log Out again once the popup appears.
