Proposed Revisions to the Permit
1. The descriptions of the monitoring locations for Outfalls 001 and 002 have been changed
from coordinates to a narrative description. This will allow for small changes in the
monitoring location without the need to modify the permit.
2. The monitoring frequency for Nitrates plus Nitrites has been changed to once per quarter
for the months of November through April and to once per six months for the months of
May through October. See Item No. 14 of this Fact Sheet for additional information.
3. Total Recoverable Selenium limits have been added at Outfall 001 along with a Schedule
of Compliance. See Item Nos. 11.F and 15 of this Fact Sheet for additional information.
