• FA: 87% of Basic questions got incorrect answers -> refresher training

for DI partners is a must

• MC: assessment results of MC CR, LMV, MC GM ranked the top 3

lowest -> target on number of training and training content to support

partners strengthen their knowledge

• PA: competence of PA AE partners need to be improved, especially for

project business

• CP: maintain refresher trainings, especially on product selection due to

wide product range
