Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act

Students must give permission to the University in order to release any information about the student. This includes

Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Academic History, and any other information.

Students may give Proxy Access to parent or any person they choose. This allows that person to access certain

University Information for the student.

In order to maintain Financial Aid Eligibility

Must maintain 2.0 Cumulative GPA

Must maintain 67% of all attempted credits

If a student fails to meet one of the requirements above he/she will receive a WARNING semester. Financial aid will be cancelled after the second semester that these requirements aren’t met.

Must not attempt over 180 total hours
