LEARN. DISCOVER. PLAY.OC STEAM Fest is a fun-filled day for students and families to explore hands-on activities related to Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. The event seeks to spark student interest in STEAM-related fields and careers while uniting the community in support of education. Over the past five years, the event has been widely attended by more than 16,500 attendees in partnership with over 150 corporate, community, and educational partners.

IPSF offers several opportunities for companies and community organizations to be involved at OC STEAM Fest. Engage with the community at the event by hosting a booth with a STEAM-related game or activity. Receive additional recognition for your company with a sponsorship or by underwriting a specific facet of the event. Participating in OC STEAM Fest is a great opportunity for organizations to be involved in the community, all in support of STEAM education.

BOOTH Participant - $500 Join the fun at OC STEAM Fest 2020 by hosting a booth with a STEAM-related game or activity! Game or activity suggestions may be provided upon request. Booths include a 10’ by 10’ space, table, linen, two chairs, pop-up tent, and banner with company name. Electricity and WiFi are available to add on to your booth for $50 each. Additional rentals may be subject to an additional charge. Booth availability is limited – reserve yours today!

At the 2019 OC STEAM Fest, over 50 participating companies provided students with hands-on games and activities related to Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. We are pleased to share that we had over 4,000 people in attendance, raising over $80,000 for Irvine schools!

Exposure for this year’s event resulted in the following:

• Pre and post event coverage in various Orange County print and online media including: Orange County Register, Irvine World News, Destination Irvine, Irvine Weekly, OC Weekly, Orange Coast Magazine, Over Coffee, and Yelp

• Multiple shares via blogger websites and social media including OC Mom Blog, Plan a Day Out, SoCal Pulse, Macaroni Kids, On the Go OC, See California, Balancing Chaos, and The SoCal Moms

• Promotion to over 35,000 IUSD students at 40 schools through IPSF flyer booklet and flyer at school community events and PTA meetings
