The building was constructed in 1900, and maintains the modernist elements that endow it with charm and character. The facade of the building has been restored to highlight its original characteristics and its historic beauty, preserving its stately essence.

In addition, the entrance has been transformed into an inviting and cozy lobby.

El edificio fue construido en 1900 y mantiene los elementos modernistas que lo dotan de encanto y carácter propio.

La fachada del edificio ha sido restaurada para resaltar sus características originales y su belleza histórica, siempre preservando su esencia.

The flats were redesigned to maximise their natural light, to provide a comfortable and pleasant life. They have an open living room with balconies or historic galleries (glassed-in balconies) with views of Passeig Sant Joan. The main and attic floors have private terraces and spectacular panoramic views of the entire city.Additionally, they consist of beautiful exterior spaces to create a perfect combination of elegance and modernity. In some of the properties it was possible to conserve and restore the modernist elements of the epoch, adapting them to modern life and preserving the original essence of the building.

Los pisos han sido rediseñados para maximizar la entrada de luz natural y así ofrecerle una vida cómoda y agradable. Disponen de un salón abierto con galerías de época restauradas o balcones con vistas sobre el Paseo Sant Joan. No obstante, las plantas principal y ático cuentan con terrazas privadas y espectaculares vistas panorámicas de toda la ciudad. Además, constan de bonitos espacios exteriores para obtener una perfecta combinación de elegancia y modernidad.En algunas viviendas se han podido conservar y restaurar los elementos modernistas de época, adaptándose a la vida contemporánea y preservando la esencia original del edificio.

The restoration of the facade to its original state was an opportunity to restore and reconstruct the original elements that had been changed or removed over time. Also, the building was returned to its original color, according to the heritage records determined by the City Hall. We also conserved the magnificent original galleries in the facade of the interior courtyard.Furthermore, double crystal glass windows were installed, in accordance with acoustic technical codes, for isolation from the noise of Passeig Sant Joan.

La recuperación de la fachada de origen se basa en una gran restauración, así como en la reconstrucción de elementos de origen que habían sido eliminados previamente. Asimismo, se recuperan los colores originales de la fachada de acuerdo a la licencia y el patrimonio determinado por el Ayuntamiento. También, hemos conservado las magníficas galerías originales en la fachada que da al patio interior. Además, se instala un doble acristalamiento acorde con el código técnico acústico para un aislamiento del Paseo Sant Joan.

In some of the flats we were able to keep and restore original elements, such as the beautiful Spanish mosaic tiles. Otherwise, in the rest of the flats we opted for wood floors, for comfort and quality.

En algunos pisos hemos conseguido mantener y restaurar los elementos de origen como el mosaico nolla.Por otro lado, en el resto de pisos se ha optado por suelos de parquet para aportar confort y calidad.

All of the functional components of the building were thoroughly updated: the electricity, the plumbing, the ventilation, and the TV, phone, and internet hookups.

We also installed an aerothermal system: a renewable energy system, for water and hot or cold air conditioning. The hot or cold air is distributed throughout the house in a uniform manner, regulated by individual ducts for specific areas.

All of the flats have an electric video doorbell, fiber optic internet, and a TV antenna.

Todas las instalaciones se han renovado completamente: electricidad, saneamiento, agua, ventilación y telecomunicaciones.

También se ha instalado la aerotermia: un sistema de energía renovable, para el agua sanitaria y el aire acondicionado de frío/calor. El aire caliente/frío se distribuye por todo el piso de manera uniforme y regulada por conductos individuales para cada zona específica.
