This is the Town Hall. . It is new . The Town Hall has two floors. The Mayor is called Antoni Mari Mari

There are four churches in our township. They are in Sant Joan, San Lorenzo, San Miguel and Sant Vicent de Sa Cala.The churches are white and they have small windows.The people go to mass at 11:30 am, on Sundays.

CHURCHES

This is our school.There are 160 students and 15 teachers.The school is situated next to forest. This school is very homely and all the teachers are very nice. In the school we have a school garden and a park,There are three school playgrounds. One of the school playgrounds is open for everybody to play in the afternoons.This school is very nice!!! In the afternoon we do activities: karate,table tennis, judo, etc... in the school gym.

Sant Joan township has got two caves:Can Mara and Es Cuieram.

CAN MARA is 1300.000 years old, The cave was used by pirates to hide their trasures.

ES CUIERAM was discovered in 1907, In the cave punic escultures were found . The punics lived there in 250 BC.

In San Juan there are many beaches.The most important ones are the Portinax,Sa Cala, San Miquel and Benirras.These beaches have got big and beautiful hotels.

Sant Joan has got a small square. In it, there's a big pharmacy, the CACHIVACHES shop, the village bar, another very small shop amd four banks. In Sant Joan there's a park for small children with sand.There are two big playgounds too.
