Luck of the Irish

Cook-Off

March 17th starting at 8 am

Tickets for the public to attend the Cook-Off

and activities in Bienville Square, downtown

Mobile, are:

$10 in advance

$15 at the gate

children 12 and younger enter free with a

paid adult.

The children’s area will be open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The ninth annual Luck of the Irish parade

begins at 2:30 p.m. and follows the GMAC

parade route.

Luck of the Irish Cook-Off is a Family

Friendly, three day event to help prevent

Child Abuse and will benefit The Family

Center. For more information about this

local event you can check it out on the

BREAKFAST ON THE GO

On your way out to work Friday, March 15th,

make sure when you leave the property,

not to miss the leprechaun of The Retreat….

It’s said that there will be breakfast

provided to all of our residents that are “ON

THE GO” that morning. The staff is suppose

to be helping him, so keep your eyes on YE’

POT OF GOLD!!! You may just get a yummy

breakfast instead….

Here at The Retreat we strive to make

this the Ultimate place for apartment

living. And we need your help in

continuing to pursue this goal.

WHO LEFT THE TRASH OUT We have noticed that trash is being left out on

patios/balconies or by front doors of many of

our neighbors. We ask that you refrain from

doing this, in which this can cost you a fine of

$25 per bag, if maintenance has to remove it.

PET LOVERS We are happy that you have your furry friends

here with us, but we do not wish to step in their

leftovers! Please pick up after your pets,

whether it be on the sidewalks, in the elevators,

or our halls….always carry some doggie bags, so that you can clean up, if Fido has a small

accident. We would greatly appreciate it!

NO PARKING Welcome to all our new friends and neighbors!

Now that we are starting to be a full house, we

ask that everyone abides by the parking

addendum that was signed at move in! ANY

guest without a GUEST PARKING PASS is at

risk of being towed if parked inside the gates

after 6 pm!

THERE IS NO EXCEPTION FOR RESIDENTS!
