WHY ASEAN? ASEAN Economy is set to double GDP by 2020.

ASEAN passed the US$2 trillion benchmark in 2011 which is 9 years earlier than anticipated. By 2015, ASEAN will almost reach US$3 trillion point and will be closer to US$4 trillion in 2020.
