You will be an MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor looking to further progress their career. Ideally the majority of your experience will lie within residential, however my client will consider people with experience in retail, industrial and health sectors.

Responsibilities:

Cost planning

Procurement and Tender evaluation

Delivering projects

Liaising with high net worth individuals

Cost Reporting

Contract Administration

Basic Requirements:

A BSc degree in Quantity Surveying or related

3-5 years post degree experience

Strong interpersonal skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Requirements:

Experience of working in a consultancy

MRICS

Experience of working on high end residential projects

Sociable nature

Motivated to progress within your career

Experience of dealing with clients directly
