Our Guarantee To You You need to work with a Realtor® who is committed to being accountable to you and who will shoulder the risk on the outcome of your home sale. You see, in most cases, there is no penalty or consequence if the Realtor® doesn’t perform as s/he promised. You owe it to yourself to select an agent who GUARANTEES his/her performance in writing. Does such a thing even exist? Yes it does! Below are our performance based and honesty based guarantees to you.

• 1. Communication Guarantee: GUARANTEE: if we fail to up-date you weekly or fail to return your call within 24 hours, we will deduct $200 from the commission once we sell your home.

• 2. Honest Promises Guarantee: GUARANTEE: if at any time, we fail to honor our PROFESSIONAL SERVICE agreement, we will pay you a $500 Penalty on our closing of your home.

• 3. Reality-Based Selling Price Range: GUARANTEE: for every $5,000 we sell your home for, below our recommended list price, we will pay you $500, up to a maximum of $1,000 on our closing of your home.

• 4. Reality Based Timetable: GUARANTEE: if we fail to sell your home within 60 days, we will deduct $1000 from our commission.

• 5. Honest Presentation of Experience and Track Record: GUARANTEE: if you can demonstrate that any of these statements or statistics summarized in the “FACTS” brochure is false, Perrin Real Estate will donate $1,000 to the charity of your choice.

• 6. Qualified Buyers Guarantee: GUARANTEE: if we ever show your home to a buyer who later tells us that “they can’t afford

your home”, we will pay you $500 at our closing of your home.
