CIRCULAR ADVERTISEMENT

Sub:- Engagement of a Marketing Executive on full time contract basis for onlinesales activities of Prasar Bharati Archives

Prasar Bharati intends to engage a young and dynamic professional as MarketingExecutive Gr.1 at a monthly remuneration of Rs.35,OOO!-purely on full time contract basis.The requisite qualification, experience and job profile are as under:-

(a) Qualification. Minimum MBA (Finance!Marketing) or equivalent

(b) Experience. Minimum four years' experience in the field of Sales and Marketing.

(b) Job Profile. Marketing of Media, interaction with ad sales agencies, financialmanagement, taxation, etc.

2. The terms and conditions of engagement are as given under:-

(i) The services are purely on contractual basis and the persons engaged shall have noclaim either implicit or explicit, for his! her absorption or regularization in PrasarBharati.

(ii) The person engaged on full time basis will not be allowed to take any other assignmentduring the period of contractual engagement.

(iii) Persons engaged on contract basis can be assigned, in addition, to the specific tasksfor which they are engaged, any other additional duties.

(iv) The engagement can be discontinued! terminated with one month notice or onemonth's salary in lieu thereof by either side without assigning any reasons. Suchdiscontinuation! termination shall be resorted to with prior approval of AppointingAuthority. Also, the persons engaged shall not have any claim whatsoever for regularengagemenU appointment on any position on the basis of contractual engagement.

(v) No pensionary benefit on account of this contractual engagement shall be admissible.

(vi) Prasar Bharati reserves the right to conduct test and! or interview of the shortlistedcandidates.No TAlDA etc. will be paid for attending the tesU interview.
