ANSWERS
What do we believe that most people do not believe?
WE: At Part-up we believe that you don’t need a centralized organization to successfully impact society. The largest problems can be solved best by swarms of small teams; temporary collaborations between individual professionals that are connected by a shared purpose. This is what we call a decentralized collaborative organization or DCO.
ME: At Part-up we believe that to have a meaningful impact as an individual and be able to develop as a person doesn’t require you to have a job for life. You do need to be able to find or start the right teams quickly to contribute to a shared purpose and be able to grow. Serendipity is the key to create these unexpected combinations of people.

Why would organizations and individuals need Part-up?
When people have the freedom to choose what they work on and who they work with they are individually more productive and collectively more successful.
By supporting people in the process of finding, choosing and building their teams, Part-up helps to find unexpected combinations of people, which increases the chance to find the best team for the job right from the start. You are matched to uppers and are explained why they fit your project and team or why you fit their project and team. But the choice to collaborate or not is always yours to make.

Circle of life
Part-up supports you in finding and building temporary teams. The starting points for the journey towards this end are:
1.An Upper is looking for the right people to connect to their purpose and to start working together
2.An Upper is looking for a purpose to connect to and a team to contribute to
These customer journeys are naturally connected, because Uppers are looking for each other to form teams.
