A LETTER FROM CAMP November 6th, 2015 Camp Director: Mrs. Cronce Assistant Camp Director: Mrs. Sorrell MAKERSPACE Conferences are fast-approaching. Please make every effort to come on time for your scheduled appointment, as others are awaiting their turn. Conferences will be student-led, so be sure to bring them along! Their journals will be in the hall as well for you to peruse and for jotting a quick note of pride, so try to come a few minutes early/stay a few minutes later. Dec 1- 9:30-12 Field trip to the mall (see below) *The Chore Chart will help us gather money for our trip to Birchwood Mall, where we will purchase items for the needy to cement our Social Studies concepts of needs/wants, economy, and scarcity. To help us continue our integration of STEM (Science, Tech, Engineering, Math) and STEAM (Science, Tech, Engineering, Art, Math), we will need the following items donated. We thank you in advance! Markers Tapes Paper plates Pipe cleaners Craft sticks Tissue paper Magnets Plastic wrap/foil Buttons Old CDs Straws Rubber bands Cardboard tubes Duct tapes Clean recyclables Bubble wrap First Grade Feast On Tuesday, the 24 th , all first graders will be putting their knowledge to work during our First Grade Feast.
