Hi!
Yumaro is a registered NDIS provider and has been working hard to grow and innovate its
services to meet the opportunities that the NDIS will bring to our region for people with a
disability and their families. Getting your ‘head around’ the NDIS and what it all means can
be challenging, so we have put this document together to explain where Yumaro fits in and
how you can utilise our services under the NDIS. We have always felt privileged to be a part
of the lives of the many people that come to Yumaro and we look forward to doing even
more in the NDIS world to help realise the dreams and goals of people with a disability.
If you have more questions, please don’t hesitate to call and speak to us over the phone or
make an appointment to come in and see us.
Regards
Mark Brantingham

Coordinating Your NDIS Supports
One provider to manage them all!
We believe that for many people (not all), it will be easier if one service provider
(organisation) can oversee all your support services and ensure everything is working
together to provide you a good life.
With over 30 years of experience, Yumaro is already the ‘go to’ organisation for many
people with a disability. Yumaro is an integral part of the lives of our employees – we
understand your needs and have your interests at heart.
Yumaro can now officially coordinate all the services you get in
your NDIS plan. This means we can help you to:
Troubleshoot and advocate for you when services are not delivering as
promised
Provide assistance if you have changes and crisis in your life
Choose the right supports you need to lead a good life
Ensure your different supports work together to help you
Take the hassles out of managing your NDIS plan
How do know if I need this?
If you answer any of the statements below with “with a little or lot of help” then you should
ask your NDIS planner for this support

Yumaro NDIS Plan Management
Service
When it comes to managing the funding side of your NDIS plan,
there are a few options. Your NDIS Funding can be managed by:
1. yourself 2. a plan ‘nominee’ (e.g. family member) 3. a registered plan management provider 4. The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).
While the majority of people choose option 4 (NDIA), if you
choose option 1, 2 or 3 above then Yumaro can assist in various
ways.
Yumaro NDIS plan management service allows you to have
maximum control over your money without the hassle of chasing
up invoices and payments.
NDIS Plan management from Yumaro can include:
making payments to service providers on your behalf,
processing your expense claims
develop a monthly statement for your to track where you are up to
claiming payments from the NDIA for you.
Negotiating and coordinating the different services you use to
support you, and more…
What is the Cost?
If you choose this service you are able to request additional
funds in your NDIS plan to cover the cost. The prices for this
service are fixed by the NDIA. Note, plan management is not
like the old system where you lose a percentage of your funding to cover this
service, rather you will be given additional funding to cover the cost of the
service.
Yumaro have an experienced accounts department based in Moruya that are
experts in the disability industry. Call and make an appointment to speak to
Mark to discuss how we can help you, Ph 44743336.
