Contributor is a person who thinks that

society.

Contribution in Railway
Working Being a chief loco inspector, he
always believes in punctuality and
safe running of trains.
For this counselling & monitoring of
loco pilots in train operations which is
most essential for safety of
passengers.
Serving railway with train crew
working against nature with motto -
“Safety Service & Speed”
As an ethical person
Always discharging his duty withinframework of laid down rules andinsist the same for his subordinatestaff.
Ensures safe train working i.e. zeroaccident to keep the image clean forthe passengers of nation.
He believes that rule books andmanual are your best friend if youobey, otherwise they are big enemy ofyou leading to removal from service.
Punctuality in his nature
He is not a clock watcher who does
not contribute to himself and for others
also.
Works Hard round the clock as
guardian of train crew to achieve the
punctuality.
Time and tide waits for none like trains
also wait for none.
Achieves punctuality 99%. Once train
left the station in time will not stop for
late comers.
As a Last Mile Executor
Performance improvement and
training:
To improve the performance by
imparting training to each loco pilots
with a practical handling of trains till
the satisfactory level.
Never compromise with safety till the
goal is achieved i.e. Reaching train at
destination.
Contribution in Energy
Conservation He always council to his subordinates
mainly loco pilots to improve driving
technique to save the fuel by
explaining –
Our railway fuel budget is approx. Rs.
21.13 crores. Thus Saving of 1% fuel
means saving of Rs. 21.13 crores.

CONCLUSION
Studying the theory of contribution we
can conclude that if we are trying our
best to achieve internal success,
external success will automatically
come to us.
