remind its residents of Parking and Traffic Control By-law #2004-11

section 5:12 "No driver of a motor vehicle shall, park or leave any

vehicle on any street between the hours of 1:00a.m. and 6:00a.m. during the months of December,

January, February, March or April. Violators may be ticketed (min $50 -

max $100) and/or towed at the owners expense based on towing

fees.
