Construction of one Lying-in Clinic in Brgy. Villa Angeles

Implementation of the “Health for All Program” where one of the major target is to reduce child mortality.

Monitoring of 0-5 years old children in the barangay outside the scope of the ECCD Program.

Re-energized the implementation of the Mothers Class Program under the MSWDO.

Regular monitoring of employed women most prone to sexually transmitted diseases.

Formulation of Ecological Solid Waste Management Plan

Enactment of Orion Environmental Code

Establishment of Mangrove Nursery Plant and conduct of tree planting both in the coastal (Sagip-Bakawan Program) and upland area (CBFM).

Implementation of the Bataan Coastal Strategy/Coastal Sea Use ZonationPlan

Our initial steps to MDG Localization.In the last quarter of 2004 to temporarily make our share in MDGs’ Localization, we

integrate in various PPAs which are MDGs responsive. The action is temporary due to the absence of first hand and reliable information.

Strengthen food security program

Strengthen cooperatives thru the SULONG Program, specially on livelihood programs.

Installation/improvement of deep well, shallow well & barangay water system

Provide more livelihood program through the DSWD Livelihood program.

Achieve universal primary education. (Magkaroon ngPangkalahatang edukasyong primarya)

Through the national government, employ additional teachers, construct additional classrooms and provide needed school facilities for all elementary school and the ONHS in Orion.

Enactment of the Orion Children’s Code & Orion Development Plan for Children.
