ABOUT US

Our company was founded in 1991 as an operating division of BeteResearch and Developments ( founded in 1979). Our principal activityis the Cryogenic paint stripping ( putting a high value on the ecology )characterized by the use of physical process and not chemical ones andthe cryogenic resolutions for the restoration of equipments and for therecover of raw materials.

Another essential activity is the construction of equipments and plantsfor the cleaning with carbon dioxide ( dry ice blasting ) and theconstruction of prototypes to be used in the cryogenic sector.

Our company produces and sells dry ice for multiple industries.

Dry ice blasting cleaning Technology

The cleaning with CO2 is a revolutionary removal methodof tenacious contaminative from the surfaces till thecleaning of delicate electric card using dry ice pellets.(dimension Ø 3mm at a temperature of –78,5°C) with ahigh speed air.

The cleaning service and the cryogenic removals with CO2solid (dry ice) occur with the use of a portable, light andvery handily machine able to project dry ice pellets on thesurface to treat.

Dry ice cleaning (cryosandblast)Process description

PELLET KINETIC ENERGYThe energy associated to the mass and to the velocity (supersonic and standard) impacts on thesurface preparation and coating removal applications. This is the main working process which issimilar to the sandblaster .

THERMAL SHOCK EFFECTWhen the dry ice pellets are cold they impact with the surface, a small temperature differential occursbetween the coating, the contaminative within the micro-layer. This causes a rapid micro-crackpropagation between the layers leading to contamination and/or coating final bond failure at thesurface of the substrate.

THERMAL - KINETIC EFFECTThe combined impact energy dissipation and extremely rapid heat transfer between the pellet and thesurface cause instantaneous sublimation of the solid CO2 into gas. The "Micro-explosion," as thepellet changes to gas, is further enhanced for lifting thermally-fractured coating particles from thesubstrate. The CO2 gas expands outward along the surface and its resulting "explosion shock front"effectively provides an area of high pressure focused between the surface and the thermally fracturedcoating particles. This results in a very efficient lifting force to carry the particles away from thesurface.

Cryogenic paint stripping Process description

The paint stripping cryogenic process focus on the high speed cooling of the liquid nitrogen. The part to paint stripping is immersed in a bath full of liquid nitrogen ( temperature –196° C ) experiencing a sudden drop of the temperature. The bearing in iron or steel contracts about 8 times more. Because of this different contraction of the paint, breaks and cracks are formed and the separation from the iron bearing occurs. A light mechanical action subsequentlyapplied, brings to the complete removal of the paint from the part.

The process of cryogenic paint stripping can be applied on:

Thermal Paint Stripping

For the cleaning with thermal paint stripping you need pyrolytic ovens depending on the paints to be thermal destroyed operating at a temperature between 350°C and 450°C in the pyrolysis chamber. A after- combustion chamber at 850°C assures the cleaning of the smoke and the emission ( release of heat) within the limits of the law203/88.With this method you can treat the following metals: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Cast Iron, Brass, Copper, Bronze, Titanium, and some Aluminium alloys.

Cryogenic resolutions

COATING REMOVAL – GALVANIC FRAME PVC coating removal from Blass frames, from frames of electronic plates; from plastificized structure (Rilsan Lavasint, EVA).

COATING REMOVAL SLIP- FORM SIFTER Removing the interior antiwear coating of the bath for maintenance and rehabilitation ( Polyurethane, Rubber etc)

METAL COATING REMOVAL FROM FRAMES Metallic layer removal and paint removal from frames. For the sous-vide plastic metallization of containers for the metallization of cathode ray tube and supports for car parts.

Sandblaster manufactures

The sandblaster treatment removesoxidations, paints and allows thesuperficial preparation for thesandblaster of manufactures for theindustrial and the civil application.
