Domozero is a box that contains a wide range of ideas and products, servi-

ces and innovative projects with the common aim of preserve and protect

the environment.

The human being acquires, day by day, a clear awareness of his central

role in the delicate, compromise balance with nature, modulating its

existence to a more sustainable lifestyle.

The "house" and even more so the "city" become, in this context, the main

adaptation systems through the use of systems and materials with high

efficiency and low environmental impact.

We know that quality of life and environmental health are complementary

to each other. There is much talk about ecology, but even more, about

sustainability. A path through which the human being is trying to use the

natural resources in a more "intelligent" way, to try to ensure to the future

generations the same quantity, quality and above all usability of these

resources.

It is indeed the theme of sustainability, the common thread of the new way

of design, decorate, create and raise awareness. Domozero, in this

context, aims to promote the culture of rationalization of resources, basing

its activities on the use and reuse of natural materials and recycle.

highly innovative technological background and at the same time

characterized by a use independent from the several re-use to which

allocated it.

The nautical sails responded perfectly to the characteristics sought. We

were excited, above all, to work on a product designed for the sea, and

reinterpreting it in a urban environment. The lines of ottomans and bags

are the result of an ideal combination of design, eco-friendly materials,

uniqueness of the product.

Each product, be it an ottoman or a bag, tells its own story lived in the sea

and transfered on land bringing all the emotions and memories of a racing

or a romantic crossing, thanks to an hand-crafted, made exclusively in

Italy, which aims at enhancing the detail making each item a unique piece

of art as its history.

NAUTICALSAILS

The belief that design can express itself through environmentally friendly

materials is the corner stone of all the products designed and realized by

the Domozero study.

The line sphere consisting of the table [emishere] and armchairs

[atmosphere; mesosphere; nanosphere] is made entirely from cardboard

double-wave (light brown). Both, the table and the chairs, are fixed

exclusively thanks to joints and folds, without the use of glues, screws or

other elements often required for assembly. The particular interlocking

structure allows, for example, the atmosphere armchair to withstand

weights of the order of over 300 kg. Available, on request, customizations

and different colors.

As well as the wood pallets that find new life in the solutions studied by the

Domozero study, fitting into unusual contexts but strongly characterized

by combining the warmth of wood and geometric lines in endless creative

solutions of furniture. All this with zero impact on the environment.

The work of architectural design in the Domozero study is characterized by the attention for constructive

solutions of buildings able to limit the environmental impact while maximizing the users’ well-being,

knowing that resources are limited and that waste and pollution may become unsustainable for future

generations. Actually sustainable architecture is primarily a cultural approach to the project, a model fully

embraced by the Domozero study, looking for a return of attention to nature and to the resources that this

offers us by the architectural projects.

We strive to have a systemic view, as wide as possible, that deals with the problem of built as a whole in

connection with "function-man-nature", considering the buildings and their interiors, not only as shelter,

but as sustenance of life .
