1. Contact menu Within the submenu three actions are visible when you are

not logged in. These are the actions:

- Contact request

- Request Log in

- Contact details

1.1 Contact request This form is to ask a question or place a comment. The fields "Company Name" and "Email" fields are

mandatory to fill in. When you placed a comment our ask a question, we will contact you as soon as

possible.

1.2 Request Log in If you fill in these fields, you can get a log in code. You will be registered with us as a new customer,

and we will respond as soon as possible a code to enter the shop.

BSP Europe respects its users' privacy and ensures that all personal information you provide to us will

be treated confidentially. We use your information only to make the orders as quickly and easily as

possible. We will never provide your details to third parties and used only for their own purposes.

1.3 Contact details It contains all the contact details of BSP Europe. These data provide all the information required, and

indicate that BSP Europe is a confidential partner you can rely on.

2. Packaging and transport At the menu "packaging and transport" one can find all the costs and delivery times. Please note that

packages up to 20 kg have been reported. The data delivery days are days when there is ordered

before 12:00.

3. Technical data In the menu on technical data is any information about the fittings and valves. This data is available

in Dutch, English and German. This technical data consist:

- Technical drawing

- Size Range

- Weight

- Certificate Descriptions

- Pressure tables

4. Quality report In the main menu you will find quality report button. This report is just like the technical data

available in Dutch, English and German. In this report, we show the difference in quality that is

available on the market. BSP Europe will not only bring its products to the man, but also show the

difference which must be taken. In this report the weight difference, material differences and the

consequences of this succession.

5. Favorites In the menu "Favorites" you can put together your own list in and order the next time to make a

quick selection for your order without any hassle.

You add products to your favorites list by pressing the Favorites star behind the product.

6. Search options You can use the menu "search" is also expanding search. It can be searched by product numbers,

words and attributes.

7. Place an order If you have found the product you want to purchase, you can

stop it in the familiar shopping cart. You can find this cart

behind the product. At the top of the page shows the total

basket in the upper right.

It contains an overview, a total sum amount per line and product descriptions. If you create an entry

with your mouse, you will find the weights per line and the total weight.

If the order is placed, you will receive an e-

mail with an order confirmation in PDF format.

In the menu "order information" you can find

all the details of your order. You can add a

collection list in the cup core range.

In the submenu order information every

history of your orders will be showed.

With outstanding items can be found all

outstanding amounts together with the paid and not paid, the reference and the invoice number.
