Beginning May 9th
and connuing to June 10th
from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Leq'á:mel Gym, the Social Develop-
ment Department with the use of TESI funding is happy to invite members to parcipate in “on going” workshops con-
ducted by Jackie McSween a Cerfied Career Praconer.
Ms. McSween hosted an “informaon” morning on Tuesday, May 2nd
from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 where she provided
more details on the various cerficates that can be obtained through the “on going” workshops.
These cerficates will include the “Microso: Word 2010”; “Worldhost”; “Food Safe”; and “Serving it Right.” The calen-
dar for the workshops is available at the office.
Due to the number of available computers being brought into the office, it is in the best interest for everyone to con-
tact Kathleen MacKillop and verify which or how many workshops you wish to a@end.
The only two full day workshops being offered is on May 18th
and then May 19th
for the “Worldhost” and then the
“Food Safe.”
We hope the members of the Leq'á:mel First Naon Community will take advantage of the workshops and we look for-
ward to your parcipaon.
Please see calendar for the “Job Ready, Skill Set” schedule of workshops.
