• Made all of the parts of curriculum scheduling and assigning speak the same language
• Reduced the time it takes for scheduled enrollments to process
• Boosted performance for the entire system

EMAIL NOTIFICATION – MANUAL COURSE ENROLLMENT
• Let Learners know when they have been manually enrolled in a course
• Works for one course rather than whole curriculum
EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS – MANUAL CURRICULUM ASSIGNMENT
• Same notification as when using auto-enroll, but now for manual assignments
• Notifications will be sent based on global settings
WAITLIST ON RECORD ATTENDANCE SCREEN
• Waitlisted Learners now appear on the confirm Class Attendance screen
• This makes it easier to add these Learners to the roster if they were able to attend the class
COURSEMANAGER+ USAGE REPORT
• Fields Added to the Standard Report- Employee ID
- Employee Middle Initial
• Fields Changed on the Excel export- Organization and Department in separate
columns
SCHEDULED REPORTS
• “With Templates” Reports
• Include Active / Include Inactive added to groups for report
• Show Department and Organization information for Learners
STREAMING VIDEO
• Utilities Manage Videos
• Direct Link to use as the URL for a course
• Embed Code to insert a video clip into your course content
• Create Course button in case you forgot to add the course before loading the video
COMPETENCY IMPORT SERVICE
• Provides a means to import:- Competency Groups
- Competencies
- Skills with a comma-separated list of Validation Methods
SCHEDULED REPORTS ADDED TO MY TEAM
• Scheduled Reports (with Templates) added for
- Transcript
- Curriculum Assessment
- Enrollments & Completions
• Run on Groups as well as Learners
• Save Templates to reuse later
• Schedule Reports to be run in the future
