KENTUCKY STATE FAIR All the grounds and buildings of the Douglas Park Jockey Club in Louisville have just been bought by the State Board of Agriculture as a permanent location and the future success of the Kentucky State Fair is assured There are 129 acres and the improvements worth more than 200000 and both new and mod ¬ ern The grand stand is of steel and concrete and the stables for exhibition
