It’s all about boxes...how would you do it?

You can never have to many boxes. Seems everyone needs something different. So what are we doing about it? Kamaxoptic Communication is always on the look out for new solutions.

Our range of wall and pole montable boxes (see bottom right this page) boasts some of the most innovative solutions available today. Available for cut or uncut cable with P-Glands or grommets. Suitable for a large number of

cable diameters. Versions with or without adapter.

Subcriber boxes are also available (see right). Our 2-way box can accept 2x SC Sx footprint adapters and is also available with a cable clamp fitted in one of the adapter slots to hold incoming cable. Our 4-way model has fiber management and splice holders for up to 4 splices. Both boxes would look great on the subscriber’s living room wall.

Our easy to use Field Installable Connector for hard cable uses a U-groove alignment system which has two man advantages over traditional V-groove alignment:

1. ensures that fiber core alignment deviates less than 0.5um which reduces insertion loss.

2. reduces core offset when different fiber diameter are married for example when there are slight variations between customer fiber and the connector fiber stub

Kamaxoptic Communication employs some 500 full time workers. Their average age is 26 and they have worked on average almost 5 years in the company. Many are working their way up into positions of greater responsibility.

This represents a heavy investment in initial training and ongoing improvement so we have a very specific approach to managing our human resources to keep these valuable people contributing to our success.

One of the ways we try to do this is to organise team-building events and trips. Above you can see the sports day held this month. Events included a ping-pong tournament, tug-o-war, fire-drill race and basket ball.

Kamaxoptic Communication and especially its CEO Mr. David Wang are renowed in China for the care and attention to detail shown to the workers. Many benefits and rewards are given and a spirit of competitive teamwork is encouraged at all levels which leads to a more motivated and

more productive staff and in turn better service to you our client!
