Why do the READI project?
World Economic Forum (2017)Digitalization of oil and gas industry have a value of 2,5 TUSD. More efficient transfer of data in our value and supply chain is an important part of this.
Data sharing report (2020)More efficient transfer of data in our supply chain have a huge value creation potential, important to standardize. READI is highlighted in the report.
NIST report (2002)More efficient transfer of data in our supply and value chain have a huge value creation potential.
Menon report (2016)Operators pay 20-30% more than other companies in oil and gas industry, partly due to documentation requirements
NORSOK report (2016)NORSOK Z-TI not updated since 1990`s, important to do to achieve cost cut and efficiency. Target to digitalize and make them international standards
Konkraft report (2018)Digitalization can save 30 – 40 BNOK each year, more efficient transfer of data in our value and supply chain is important, READI is realizing a part of this.

Documentation
• Requirements are “analogue”
• Documentation is company specific
• Software solutions are proprietary
• Verification of requirements is manual
• Re-use of concepts and solutions is “analogue”
The problem is…

Documentation
• Precise requirements and information
• Automatic generation of consistent requirement sets
• Automatic verification of requirements
• Shared/joint industry logistics and storage
• Easy re-use of information and knowledge
The solution is READI!
