DESCRIPTION

How Technical Touch created an integrated SAP e-Pages Webshop Technical Touch was looking for an online webshop solution with a lot of functionality but easy and quick to implement. It had to connect seamlessly with their existing SAP BAIO ERP system without extensive programming and complex interfaces. Technical Touch selected the FAST-START e-Commerce solution based on the ePages Webshop software, combined with the SAP Certified Honico iMan WebConnect add-on for event controlled integration with the SAP ERP system. Within less than a month, the webshop was ready. SAPience User Day March 21, 2013

Customers need a fully integrated Webshop

SAP own WebshopProblem:

• Complex and sometimes prohibitively expensive

3rd Party Webshop• Many functionalities for B2B and B2C

• Developing standards for eCommerce trading

Problem:

• Running „stand alone“ without ERP integration

• ERP usually has no standard interface for 3rd Party Shop Integration
