At the top of the page are tools and approaches used in the days of Web 1.0. At the bottom are more recent Web 2.0 methods and approaches. The promise of Web 2.0 is that new tools will bring major changes - transformation in the way that we do things. However, that depends very much on the culture - the way we do things around here
