Diversify your goals !One of the best advice, i got from Joshua - one of the freeletics founder - itself: At the beginning of my „freeletics career“ i knocked personal best times day after time. But sometimes new Personal Best times would become very hard to reach, and than there was a time, where i could not hit personal best times anymore. !The trick is, NOT to train at least 60% of your workouts with the goal of a best time. !!Focus: Technique Do you know that quote: „If i had 100 minutes to cut down a tree, i would spend 90 minutes sharpen the saw“ !!

!!The same counts for freeletics workouts in my opinion. Optimization of the technique is a huge leverage. Often times its only possible through the right technique, to beat personal best times of others. !How else can you explain that some Top-Athletes do 60 or more pull-ups in 120 seconds?

Always tense your abs !Do one workout in front of a mirror or record one session and look it afterwards. You will notice that clean movements becoming not clean anymore as sooner you reach the end of the workout. !Later with a bit experience you will notice that by yourself without help of a mirror or camera. You will develop a intuition, how clean or not clean you execute the exercise. !Here´s one good solution which also Pros do: Always tense your abs during active execution. !!!!!!!

!!Your abdominal muscles hold together your upper and lower body and are involved on each movement you do. As soon as the abs are „active and tensed“ the risk for unclean movements lowers dramatically. See it as a rule: With tensed abs there is a better movement.

Train with experts !Maybe did you train already in a freeletics group and experienced that this training is more fun and besides that, you reached a a new personal best!? Groups are a real Booster when it comes to workout times. The other members push you to the limit and you won´t be the last one who will finish. !Even better if you have real Pros and experienced athletes in your group. This guys helps you becoming better and they give you great tipps, as well as they see you weak spots. !!!!!!!!!

!!Accept possible disadvantages like loosing flexibility and others and spend the effort to train with profis. Thats one of the biggest secrets, how good athletes becoming Pro´s. !How to find Profis in my area? For this we developed the „freeletics position tool“. Train more and consistent !!Freeletics Coach gives you good advice but to become even stronger and faster you have to train more. Press out the last pinch of yourself. Muhammad Ali says once: !„I do not have a clue how many reps i am doing, i just start counting them when it hurts“ !!!!!!!!!

!!!I know, freeletics is hard and normal workouts already hurting, but only if you give all and everything each time, you becoming stronger and better. So do another workout after the coach, it will pay out. !If you do NOT have the freeletics coach already, go and get it. It is the BASIC and if you do not have the basics, not progress is possible!

Improve mental attitude !The best tipp comes at the end! !A few weeks ago i met a „High Performance Coach“ together with a few football young profis he trained at that time. All of them are talented, trained ten thousands of hours already and now only one of them gets the contract for the premier league. Who gets it and what makes the difference? !You are right! It is the mental attitude, the strong will power to reach your goals. !Your mindset is the difference in reaching Personal Best or not! !!!How to optimize the mindset? Before you start the workout, set the exact time you like to reach. Cut it down to exact second. Imagine the situation after the workout. How do you feel when the last rep is

done and you watching on the timer, press Stop and there is the time you imaged before? You cheering, laughing, you are completely exhausted but you are very happy. !!You scream „I AM THE BEST“ !Imagine that situation over and over again and feel it with your whole body. Use all your senses. As intensive you do it, as better it will work.
