• Raise awareness about dating and domestic violence in the Rutgers community
• Encourage participants to engage in bystander intervention
• Raise awareness of the resources and services provided by the Office for Violence Prevention and Victim Assistance (VPVA)
• Women aged 16-24 are at greater risk of experiencing intimate partner violence.
• Many students are not aware of the prevalence of this violence in our community.
• Bystander intervention is a method of prevention that encourages individuals to intervene in situations that minimize, support, encourage, or cause violence.
