Adult DescriptionsAdult Stroke Clinic For those who already swim and want to improve their strokes, this class will work on stroke techniques and training tips that will make your strokes more efficient and increase your stamina.

Adult Swim Adv Beginner Participants must be able to front and back float independently and swim half the length of the pool. This class is for the more advanced beginner who is already comfortable in the water but, is ready to take it to the next step.

Adult Swim Beginner It's never too late to learn! Go on ... take that plunge! Professional instruction for adults learning to swim in a safe and interactive environment.

Beg/Int Kettle Bell Class Kettle bell lifting is a proven weight training system that develops strength and endurance simultaneously while improving your coordination,physique, and shedding body fat.

Pilates Mat This popular form of exercise focuses on core strength. A strong core allows your body to move fully and gracefully with ease. All levels welcome.

Self Defense Class - Adult Get fit, learn practical self-defense and develop confidence and discipline. Students will learn the basics of striking, kicking and grappling for self protection.

TRX Basic Training Learn the TRX Foundational Movements. This class is for beginners and advanced TRX Suspension Trainer users. Sharpen up your skills and get mission ready - whether it's driving the Dan Ryan during rush hour, competing in an obstacle race or running the Chicago Marathon - make your body your machine!

TRX Blast This 30 minute workout combines TRX Suspension Training bodyweight exercises with the anaerobic benefits of jumping rope and other High Intensity exercises.

TRX Bootcamp Intermediate to Advanced Levels: Workout using TRX Suspension Trainer that builds strength, increases flexibility and develops core stability and power. Must complete TRX Basics or have used the TRX trainer before.

TRX For Triathletes Increase your core and leg strength, balance and flexibility. Develop sustainable energy for those long workouts/races. In this class you will learn to strengthen the posterior chain.

TRX Force Get mission ready with TRX Force. Scalable to any fitness level, TRX Force combines proven world-class training tools with an innovative and integrated functional strength and mobility regimen to make you and your command stronger, faster and more durable.

Climbing-Young Adult Learn the fundamentals of climbing: belaying, rope management, balance and form, hand and foot techniques,partner communication skills, environmental considerations and ethics.

Adult Basketball League Adult basketball league, for ages 18 & up, plays once per week.

Adult Volleyball League Adult volleyball league, for ages 18 & up, plays once per week.

Family Martial Arts In this open style program, parents and children train together, learning how to kick, punch and apply self defense techniques while spending a little together-time as a family. Cost is for 1 parent & 1 child.

Family Martial Arts Extra Extra fee for each additional family martial arts participant.

Racquetball Floating League Join others to play in our year round racquetball leagues. Scheduled leagues for morning or evening play. Days and times based upon sign ups. For more information on levels contact Dave Negrete at [email protected].
