Maintain a good general awareness of European cultural and information society issues

Disseminate relevant information to EBLIDA members

Develop a strategy for the implementation of the position paper for advocacy purposes

National level: translation of position paper

Publish in national library journals, lists, newsletter to make the paper known

National associations include the paper in their strategy & use paper as an advocacy tool (Model from Italy)

Use link list of members for contacts

Communicate paper with other partners outside the library sector
