Please Volunteer: IMMEDIATE NEED FOR TIP VOLUNTEER MENTORSThe Douglas County District Attorney’s office has implemented a pre-trial diversion program forteen-aged first offenders charged with non-violent crimes. Individual mentoring is the heart of this

program. Participants in the program meet with their mentor once a week for an hour for 6months. Mentors assist participants with personal and professional development, resume writing,

community service options, etc. The District Attorney’s Office is seeking mentors who can makea 6 month commitment to at least one teenager.
