BREAKOUT SESSIONS
Each participant went to the Career Cluster he or she was interested or had expertise based on the industry or agency they represented
Each group gave three top pathways for that career cluster
NEXT STEPS
The information was used from the group priorities to compile a list of the Top Ten Pathways for each Career Cluster.
This information will help to develop pathways to submit to Perkins for approval and to begin implementing those courses that are needed at Middle & High School that lead to pathways that will provide jobs in the region and beyond.
CONCLUSION
This activity gave validity to the career pathways that are developed.
We gained support from the stakeholders and the budget holders needed to reach our goal.
It will provide support and resources to prepare students for jobs to meet the current labor market needs in the region and beyond.
