Satya Bharti School - Bakali is a primary school of Bharti Foundation. It was established in the year 2009.

Geographical Location:–Village Bakali is a progressive village of our area. It is located at a distance of 22 kms from District Headquarter Kurukshetra, Haryana.

•Cultural Background:-- Major population belongs to General, OBC & SC Category-- Village have a strong political & economic status in the district.--Agriculture is the main source of income.

People themselves started to clean up and keep on placing all the dumping at roadside and all the dumping were taken to paddy fields or to places away from in habited area.

How were we changed:• During the course of the awareness campaign we found that many hazardous practices are going on and causing harm to the environment.• We decided to take up this issues simultaneously.•Though we were successful in generating awareness among the community about our intervened topic but fight still against these ill practices to continue.•Our DFC intervention not only helped us to overcome a problem but it also provided us a platform to become agents of change for many social evils.
