“Design hunt”has started in the bus
@ 9 am
When, I have almost
ended uplike this
So, in order to catch mybus I did not have time
To buy “normal ticket”…
As I was aware about another ticket option:
SMS Ticket
But , I got into the bus!
I was sure that number for SMS ticket will be
inside bus.
This is what I have
witnessed

information about SMS Ticket
Was visible only from OUTSIDE?!
I pondered:
“Who is usually buying SMS Ticket?”
(which costs 0,80 EUR)
Compared to 0,50 EUR for “normal ticket”
I believe these people
do buySMS Tickets
plus “late me” today morning ;-)
SO, how are we suppose to read info from the front bus door before getting
into the bus?

As I am not person who gives up.I tried
to “read out”required no. for SMS
Ticket evenbackwards…
I could not read a thing
Look at a “design”
of that already wrongly placed
sticker.

I believe that small details (can) make a big
differencein customer’s
experience of a service or product.
Let me propose following:
to Bratislava’s public
transport authority

Redesign stickers, so the most important information will be visible from “miles”

Place “new” stickerswith information about
SMS Ticket to various visible places
INSIDE the bus
I believe that those 2 simple actions will
protect yourpassengers
from
sudden rises ofblood pressure
& adrenaline overdoses
