1 The Cisco Spark service doesn’t include PSTN services. Customers need to purchase PSTN services from a 3 rd party provider.
For the complete Cisco Spark service, Cisco preferred media provider ecosystem partners can provide PSTN local, long-distance, and direct-inward-dial services.
Existing Cisco UC customers will use Cisco Spark Hybrid Services to connect on-premises call capabilities to Cisco Spark capabilities in the cloud.

The full lab will take more than 4 hours. A feature matrix has been provided to you at the beginning of the guide to help choose scenarios that interest you.
If you would like to skip to a scenario make sure you first complete the scenarios marked in the columns before it.
A number of scenarios have quick setup steps which use a script to configure the scenario for you.
The quick setup steps are geared toward people who have already completed these scenarios in previous labs/events.If you have never configured the scenario before, it’s highly recommended to NOT use the quick setup steps.

Super Important
PLEASE NOTE: Your Cisco dCloud session is already running. You do not have to schedule anything for this lab!
In the lab guide you will see mentioned either collabedge-XXX.dc-YY.com or cbXXX.dc-YY.com. In the
guide it will be written as (collabedge- or cb)XXX.dc-YY.com. The XXX and YY needs to be replaced with
the details shown for your pod assignment.
On your desk you will a piece of paper that contains your pod details as well as your DNS assignment.
Your DNS assignment will be for example collabedge-137.dc-05.com. In this example XXX would be 137
and YY would be 05

Spark Board
• As you will notice there is one Spark Board for the entire room.
• Once you complete the first three scenarios, your lab will be configured to use the Spark Board as shown in the lab guide.
• Please go up in groups when the Spark Board is free.
• Be courteous to other people in the room and limit your time so everyone who wants to, can get a chance to use the Spark Board.
