• Industry should do the fine tuning of Productivity and Quality to suit its needs.

• Training Institutions for the Civil Servants should be brought into the Q&P Loop and a the younger generation of Civil Servants should be sensitized.

SKILLS vs DEGREES

• Diploma and its stigma.

• All chiefs and no Indians : no technicians to back up the graduates !

• Islamabad alone has 27 Universities and not a single polytechnic !!

• NAVTEC board has not a single member from manufacturing or value addition sector of economy.
