COMPUTER SOCIETY OF INDIA, DELHI CHAPTER Annual Report for the year 2018-2019 (Approved in the MC Meeting on December 12, 2019) Respected Members, Greetings! Firstly, let me say that I have enjoyed my first year as Secretary. I was very fortunate that my predecessor, Dr Vinay Kumar provided me with some very useful guidance and continues to do so. I would also like to thank Shri V K Gupta for his help over the year. These two officers are doing a lot of work in the background. Thanks to the committee and all members for their patience in allowing me to settle into the role. It has been a busy year within the Chapter. There is a lot happening these days and hopefully you are happy with my inputs to the Chapter during the year. On behalf of CSI, Delhi Chapter, it is my proud privilege to welcome you all in the Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) of CSI, Delhi Chapter. I, as the Hon. Secretary, take this opportunity to present the Annual Report to this August gathering, highlighting the major activities/ events during the year 2018- 2019. The elected M.C. assumed the charge on 18 th April, 2018. 1. Conferences, Workshops, Orientation Programs at CSI Student Branches:- Institutes like GTBIT, HMRITM, VIPS, JIMS Rohini and other institutes with active involvement of MC CSI Delhi, Delhi State student coordinator and respective student branches. Some branches organized student conventions, other branches organized technical quiz programs and some other orientation programs. Officer bearers of CSI Delhi graced the occasion and guest of honors and highlighted the ongoing CSI activities at those forums. 2. AGM Annual General Body Meeting is planned to be convened on 26 th December, 2019 at IIC, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. Honorary Treasurer and Honorary Secretary will be available with all the accounts & records on 24 th December, 2019 for our members seeking any clarifications.     Respected Members,

    Greetings!

    Firstly, let me say that I have enjoyed my first year as Secretary. I was very fortunate that my

    predecessor, Dr Vinay Kumar provided me with some very useful guidance and continues to do so. I

    would also like to thank Shri V K Gupta for his help over the year. These two officers are doing a lot of

    work in the background. Thanks to the committee and all members for their patience in allowing me to

    settle into the role. It has been a busy year within the Chapter. There is a lot happening these days and

    hopefully you are happy with my inputs to the Chapter during the year.

    support and cooperation in performing my duties as Hon. Secretary, CSI Delhi Chapter. My special

    thanks are due to respected Chairman Dr Vinay Kumar, Vice Chairman Shri Raj Singh Niranjan who

    acted as true leader and supported me at every step in execution of business of the Delhi Chapter. Shri

    V K Gupta Immediate Past Chairmen; Shri Ritesh Bhardwaj who acted as Hon. Treasurer. who helped

    me at every point and maintained harmonious relations during the tenure of the MC. I extend my

    special thanks to Shri Shiv Kumar, Shri R K Vyas, Dr. M. N. Hoda, Dr A K Saini and Dr. Sushila Madan

    State Student Coordinator, Delhi, for extending their cooperation whenever needed. Thanks to all

    members of Delhi Chapter for giving me this chance to serve the society.

    I sincerely acknowledge the support of all speakers, special invitees who delivered lectures despite of

    their busy schedule and those who graced the occasions by being present on different occasions.
