SOME GLIMPSES OF TECHBYTE-2010

TECHNICAL SESSION 1•The Technical session (I) was commenced by Mr. Ajay Pal Singh, Partner Account Manager, Cisco India. Mr. Ajay Pal Singh had 14 years of IT industry experience and had worked with various MNCs – HCL, HP, IBM, Microsoft. He discussed “Channel Tech and Solution GTM” with our audience.

•The session was then taken over by Mr. Alok Srivastava, Founder and CEO, Network Nuts.

•Finally, to bring the first session to an informative end, we had Mr. Jagmeet S Kapur, Technology Consultant, EMC who detailed about the “ Redesign using Next Generation Technology”.

TECHNICAL SESSION 2•The Technical Session (II) focused mainly on Cloud Computing.

• The session was chaired by Dr. P.K Mishra, Principal Consulting Architect, Novell and Mr. Raghuveer Madyastha, Platform Enablement Manager, Intel Corp.

•Dr. P.K. Mishra had over 20 years of experience in IT industry and was an expert in the areas of Operating Systems, Middleware and Interoperability. Mr. Raghuveer held 15 years of IT industry experience

TECHNICAL SESSION 3•The Technical Session (III) was initiated by Mr. Pinaki Chatterjee, Executive Director, ZyXel India. Mr. Chatterjee had over 12 years of knowledgeable experience and focused mainly on “Green Computing”.

•The session was then led by Mr. Abhishek Datta, who had over 8 years of experience and manages Training operations for enterprise training in HCL learning”.

• Finally to bring the evening to an interesting end, we had Akhil Behl, Senior Network Consulting Engineer from Cisco India. He provided an insight to “Network Security” and how to protect modern day networks from illegal access.
